This design improves manoeuvring and cornering, facilitating dynamic driving. The grooves in the inner part of the tread quickly evacuate water outside of the tire to protect it against dangerous aquaplaning. On the other hand, solid blocks on the outer part help to maintain stability on dryRoads. Bridgestone Potenza S001 has a structure thatReduces noise and vibration, ensuring high travelling comfort.. Its silicaRubber compound not only improves grip on wetRoads, but also protects the tyre againstRapid wear andReduces fuel consumption (lowRollingResistance).
